At the Stamps.com Supplies Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your labels, scales, or mailing supplies do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused supplies in their original packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Package
Affix a shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned supplies, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
